Job Overview:

As a Junior Systems Developer, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of in-house software applications. You will collaborate closely with the development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Software Development
- Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining web and software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues reported by users or identified during testing.
Collaboration
- Work closely with senior developers, designers, and other team members to implement system features.
- Participate in regular development meetings to discuss project updates and improvements.
System Maintenance & Support
- Assist in monitoring application performance and making necessary improvements.
- Provide support and bug fixes for existing applications.
- Ensure software security and performance optimization.
Documentation
- Maintain documentation for development tasks, code changes, and system updates.
- Follow company standards for version control and coding practices.
Continuous Learning & Improvement
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices in software development.
- Explore new tools and methodologies to improve development efficiency.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

6 months- 1 year of experience in software development (including internships)
Fresh graduates with good GWA are welcome to apply

Skills:

Comfortable working in Linux and/or Windows environments.
Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, Python, or C#
Familiarity with front-end and back-end development concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Tools & Technologies:

Experience with databases like MySQL, Redis, or MongoDB is a plus.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Basic knowledge of web development frameworks (e.g. Laravel, Code igniter, React, NexJS, Node.js) is advantageous.
Basic knowledge or interest on IoT (Internet of Things) development using Arduino and/or ESP32.
